Knox Unflavored Gelatin — Knox Blox

The Story

Introduced in the mid-1970s, Knox Blox was a strategic campaign to reposition unflavored gelatin as a kid-friendly snack base. By adding fruit juice or flavored gelatin to the structural Knox powder, the company created a firm, handheld treat that became a staple of American lunchboxes.
