Grasshopper Pie

The Story

This recipe became a staple on the labels of Keebler Ready Crusts during the peak of the 1970s grasshopper cocktail craze. It offered a kid-friendly, marshmallow-based version of the boozy original, utilizing the brand's signature chocolate cookie crust to mimic the dark chocolate notes of the drink. It remains a hallmark of the 'no-bake' era of American dessert convenience.
