"The legendary fudge-like brownie made in a single bowl."

The Story
Introduced by General Foods to promote the convenience of Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, this recipe simplified the brownie-making process by using the microwave to melt chocolate and butter in one step. It became the gold standard for 'back-of-the-box' brownie recipes due to its dense, chewy texture and minimal cleanup. It helped maintain the brand's dominance in the baking aisle during the rise of quick-fix kitchen appliances.
