Classic Baker's Chocolate 'One Bowl' Brownies

The Story

Introduced in a massive advertising campaign in the late 1980s, this recipe simplified the brownie-making process by using a single microwaveable bowl. It quickly became the gold standard for fudgy, dense brownies, replacing more complex double-boiler methods and cementing Baker's dominance in the baking aisle.
