Classic 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

"The easiest, most iconic peanut butter cookie in history."

The Story
For decades, this recipe has been the mainstay of Kraft Peanut Butter jars in Canada and the northern US. Its brilliance lies in the chemical interaction between the oils in the peanut butter and the egg, requiring no flour or butter to create a perfectly textured cookie. The distinctive fork-crisscross pattern became synonymous with this specific back-of-the-jar formula.
