Bisquick Sausage Balls

The Story

Developed to promote Bisquick as more than a breakfast shortcut, these savory bites became a permanent fixture on the box side-panel by the 1970s. Their popularity peaked as a 'must-have' appetizer for Southern Christmas parties and tailgates. The recipe is celebrated for using only three shelf-stable ingredients.
