Bisquick Impossibly Easy Quiche

The Story

Part of the 'Impossible' recipe series that became a phenomenon on the back of Bisquick boxes in the 1970s and 80s. The recipe used the chemical properties of the baking mix to separate during baking, forming a bottom crust, a custard filling, and a golden top all from a single poured batter.

From the back of Bisquick Baking Mix — since 1971
