Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie

The Story

Part of the highly successful 'Impossibly Easy' campaign, this recipe became a staple on the back of Bisquick boxes in the late 1960s. It revolutionized dinner for busy households by using the mix to create a self-leveling crust that forms while baking, eliminating the need for rolling out pastry dough.
